Small town parade!

We caught the tail-end of the parade, here in So. Fork, then checked out the fish fry. Nope...very long line. We found a better option--Kiwanis BBQ @ 4:30. It pays to be flexible.

We found a nice place to celebrate our anniversary next Tuesday and made a reservation. I think ours is the only one on the book, so the lady promised a good table with a view. Can't beat that.

Today begins the Tour de France, so y'all know what we'll be watching today. Go Team Radio Shack...go Lance!!!

Life is good in cool Colarado, listening to the birds and the river...cheers, y'all! Have a safe weekend.

one time we called a restaurant and asked if we needed a reservation, they said yes, we made one and when we got there we were the only people in the place and the table had a styrofoam plate on it marked reserved in sharpie! we laughed so hard! happy 4th!

I'd take the BBQ over the Catfish Fry any day!

Have a very happy 4th of July tomorrow and do enjoy those cool temperatures for us! We've got a heatwave moving in tomorrow that promises to stay longer than an unwanted mother-in-law!
