Flying clouds...

Aren't these the neatest clouds? I snapped this yesterday about 5p, looking to the NE. Dick and I both said that we had never seen clouds in this configuration. The big one reminds me of the blimp. Hmm, I should have cropped out the tip of our window shade over there on the L. Oh well...

It rained on us last night, so Dick got out this morning and cleaned the outside of all our windows. Gotta love a guy who'll do windows! Thanks, honey. I can see clearly now the rain has come.......oh yes, Bob Marley will be playing in my head...........which will be a nice rhythm as I run the vacuum. I don't like that job, but it's gotta get done.

Enjoy your day, and please pray for the folks in Haiti. This devastation hit an already impoverished country. My heart goes out to all those affected. Have you made a donation yet? We have...and I challenge you to do the same, but make sure your donation counts by giving it to a reputable organization that will get it to the folks. They need food and water, those basics of life that we mostly take for granted. We are blessed!

Haiti has been in my thoughts and prayers since this nightmare began for that country.

Your hubby is a wonderful guy. Dong windows is a great thing. Bless his heart. When hubby and I clean the boat he does the inside (which includes vacuuming) and I do the outside. Think our roles are a bit reversed here? Just happened and we like it that way.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs. :)

I gave through a faith-based organization. My heart just aches for the people there... all of them.

Hubby says those are lenticular clouds.

That is one weird cloud! I thought UFO instead of blimp, but I see that too. We too are praying for Haiti and will make a donation at church Sunday, knowing that will go directly to the people.

strange cloud indeed!

i am worried about the blatant corruption in haiti that the goods will not get where they should. i know the intent is good on the part of the givers and just worry about the people over there. sad state of events for sure.

I thought 'blimp' myself right away upon looking at the picture! Very cool clouds no matter if they are lenticular or whatever it was Hank said they were! I just think they're cool!

I'm afraid that Bee may be right; there has been a major outpouring of help to Haiti but the question is - how much of it will get to the people it needs to get to? Katrina has made me rather leery of these sorts of things.

Haiti should be included in our prayers. They need us now badly. The tragic incident is one thing that reminds us to be united as one.
