Hump day stuff

Happy birthday, Jennie!  We 6 went out to dinner last night to celebrate Bob/Lynne’s final night here, or that is what Jennie thought.  She got surprised after dinner with this:

P1010039

Our singing wasn’t overly impressive, but I think the new bling made up for our lack of musical talent:

P1010040

The necklace was perfect with her white shirt (black onyx, black agate, pearls, snowflake obsidian, silver).  Not too shabby.  Earrings were includedSmile

So this morning we 6 are off to John G’s for a somewhat farewell breakfast…yes, eating again!  Bob and Lynne part our company to head south to Key West with friends for a week, then they meet back up with us next week up in the Orlando area.  Got that?  More on that one later.

Mike and Jennie leave tomorrow to go visit friends and family around Florida.  And since we are also pulling out tomorrow, today is full of life’s mundane stuff—laundry, mail, stowing, etc.  Bleh…

Lynne made a great salad the other night that I’ll post over on dyerdining.  You won’t believe it!

Are you still with me?  Are you bored yet?

So how is your Wednesday?   Make it a great one!

Lovely BLING! Happy Birthday, Jennie!

I was just talking about Key West yesterday. I just love Key West. But not in the summer. Yuck. I once went in July. Can you imagine how hawt and sticky it was? I don't know what I was thinking.

Enjoy John G's! I know you will!

Big hugs :]

I'm all about good salads.. can't wait! I'm so glad you all had a good visit.

Happy birthday to Jennie and safe travels to Bob/Lynne.

Have some of that yummy french toast you talk about. I had a fat free bran muffin this morning.

Bling is always a perfect gift. I would love to see it closer. Sounds like a great combo of stones.

Safe travels to everyone, hope the storms blew out from yesterday.

On your recommendation, Andre and I had lunch at John G's yesterday. I have enough left over for lunch today.
We were supposed to go for breakfast but had to stop at the Coconut Creek Casino!!

How fun. A surprise birthday party is great as along as it's not my surprise birthday party. Just saying. the necklace and earrings are gorgeous.

I'll await the salad recipe. I loves me a good salad. Every day.

I can so relate to the getting ready to move from point A to point B. We do the same thing on the boat.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from yet foggy California. :)
