Friday Funday

IMGP8922

Check out this bowl of goodness.  Savor the herbs, the seafood…the garlic bread…

We are off to pick up Mike and Jennie and take them out for a great lunch of Fisherman’s Stew.  Boy, do I want that secret recipe!!!  Judie and Neal are meeting us at Schooner’s.  Yum…on both the food and the company.

Tonight, being Friday, is ‘beer and wings’ night with yet another group of friends.  Life is good in paradise!  WYWH.

How are YOU spending Friday Funday?  Stay warm, y’all!

YUM that looks good! The girls and I are going out for lunch too because we are SICK of the snow and being stuck inside. It was 8 deg. this morning but supposed to get above freezing. Pray for a snow melt!

Sounds like you are living it up in Paradise - and eating darned good at the same time!

I get the sneaky feeling I am going to be looking at snow for a very long time after the beating we just took. The end of February and our cruise can't come soon enough!

Have a lovely Friday!

Oh my stars, that looks scrumptious!

I'm missing Florida pretty badly right about now. I'm getting mighty tired of winter and 24 degrees. Just saying.

But don't feel guilty about living in Paradise. It's not your fault. hahahaha!

Big hugs :]

Oh that does look good. Hubby makes a seafood soup that's full of shrimp, cod and clams. It's so yummy with that warm garlic bread. I'm hungry now.

We are off to the boat for a cold weekend. Our first yacht club function of the year and Sunday is my first board meeting. So I have a bit of work to do but not as much as last year.

Have a terrific weekend honey. Big warms hugs. :)

That reminds me of going to Pier Point Landing (Long Beach CA)with my folks when I was a young'un. My mom used to have oysters on the half shell, and to this day I cannot get them down. Don't know why...I've tried them fried, raw, you name it - but they always come flying back up. Darn.
We're stuck here at the farm this weekend - too many football extravaganzas.
~~~Blessings~~~
