5 more ways to live a better life…

Drink green tea and plenty of water.  Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.

Try to make at least three people smile each day.

Clear clutter from your house, your car, your desk and let new and flowing energy into your life.

Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, OR issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control.  Instead, invest your energy in the positive present moment.

Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class, but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

Heck, just because it is Saturday, here is one more way:  Go on a cruise!  Have fun, Empress Bee and Sarge!  I’ll be cyber cruising with y’all this week.

Im' with on most of those things. Not a fan of salmon though.

I'm on a declutter mission and one room yet-to-be-determined will be getting some decluttering today!

I wish I were cruising with them - 50 more days to BC4!

Big hugs to you in Paradise :]

you all have a great weekend. Not a big green tea fan, but I do drink red wine!

Love green tea. It's indeed good for you. All your advice is too.

Move over as I'm coming along on the cyber cruise too. Where is the wine?

Have a terrific day and weekend. Big hugs from freezing California. :)

I need to do some serious de-cluttering around here but winter is not the best time to do so in New England. Some spring cleaning would be nice, though!

I'll go on a cruise in less than 50 days and what makes that even better is that it's with a group of wonderful people!

Some great ideas Sandy. Formal schooling may end at 16, 18, 21/22 or whenever by one's education continues until our last breath
