Mayberry Wednesday

KC thinks he can play dominoes.

Bless his heart, he wants to be in the middle of everything...and usually manages to be there.

I have to get motivated to get my desk seriously cleaned off so I can then work on Christmas cards, gifts and check my list. Twice. We have another overcast day, so I might as well stay inside and git-er-done. KC sure can't help with any of those projects, but he'll sure try.

But first...I need inspiration before breakfast on what to do with chicken in the crockpot.

It's just another day in Mayberry. And it is good, y'all! Hope yours is, too.

Is your Christmas shopping finished?

I have 3 cats in the tiny bit of real estate that is my desk. I had a heckuva time yesterday on one particular quote. Bless their hearts.

I don't really DO Christmas shopping. I have no kids and the grownups don't exchange gifts. The SisterDears do a sister trinket and I've already Amazon-shopped for the wee ones and had it shipped up nawth. So yeah. I'm D for Done! :)

Have yourself a YAYful day! big hugs xoxo

I hate cleaning off my desk. I do often, but it sure gets messy in a hurry. Oh well, it keeps me off the streets.

Chicken sounds good. You know with carrots and potatoes and other good stuff. That's what we do with crock-pot chicken. Yummy. Comfort food.

We are supposed to have a big storm come through with four inches of rain. The yearly average here is about 11 inches of rain. This is going to be a gully washer.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs. :)

GREEK CHICKEN!

That way I can fly over and have some. Ok, I'm dreaming here, but greek chicken sounds good.

No but I'm close to finished (shopping). Sweet KC, of course he thinks he can play dominoes, he's a cat! Cats think they can do everything, right? And always want to sit down in the middle of what you are doing!

What did you do with the chicken? I have the same dilemma for dinner tonight and Friday. Sigh.
