Home, sweet home and other stuff

No, this isn’t home, but it is the church bus that Lois mentioned.  And laughed about…quite a lot.
Dick got a big *thumbs up* from a certain ethnic group on his way home after picking this lovely up in Atlanta:
A tree fell on the roof, so MM bought it from a salvage company for parts…

But it was still drivable…and we think somebody (else) wants to buy the engine already:

You just have to duck a bit if you want to walk to the back of the busSmile
Anybody wanna buy some nice seats at a good price???  These are Bluebird seats.  We’ll make you a deal!
It is sooo good to be home.  We drove up to unlock the back gate, and Missy immediately jumped up on the dashboard, sensing that HOME was nearby.  She literally stays under a chair the whole time we are driving, but indeed does know when we are near home.  It is a kitty 6th sense.  Parker always did the same thing.  All three of us are happy to be back in Mayberry…even though it is hawt!
But now comes the UNfun part of unloading and cleaning.  It is worth it!
Happy hump day.  Life is as good as you make it, y’all!

Welcome home honey. It's always fun to go, but the coming home is the sweetest. Just ask Missy. She knows.

Love the bus. You have to look past the big dent to see the beauty that still exists.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs. :)

Welcome Home! It's the best, for sure! But how would you know unless you left it for a while? :D

Big hugs xo

That just cracks me up... I can see Dick just driving away, grinning about the deal he made... Love it!

Glad you're home. I know your family misses you!

Been so long since I've been to visit here that you've made it home from Michigan already!

Welcome home - there's no place like it even though traveling is fun!
