Redneck Stonehenge

stonehenge hay

This piece of hay art wouldn’t be too difficult to construct…for someone with just a bit of patience and the proper equipment.  Dick could do this one.

So today friend Joan and I are going shopping.  We’ll try to stay out of trouble, but I’m making no promises.  I may find some shoes!

Dick is off hugging some trees today…they need to be removed, getting sites ready for future homes.  We hope we have future buyers for said sites.  Hmm, maybe I’d better be kind to our bank account today!  Not to worry…

Pearl of Wisdom:  Pay off your credit cards every month.

Have a happy Friday, y’all!  How did it get to be October already???

Who knew that people were so creative with their hay? I sure didn't! I've been loving all these hay creations you've been posting!

That rain you had yesterday is finally here with us today and I suspect will stay for a spell, too. I'm just hoping it doesn't knock down too many leaves and mess up our fall foliage once again. And I'm definitely glad that I didn't pick this week to go to Maine and New Hampshire - hoping Mother Nature will smile for us next week when we do go!

Have fun shopping and stimulating the local economy - someone's gotta do it, right?!?
