Carnival Valor - Day 2 - Welcome to Nassau!

We have been here sooo many times...who know if we'll even get off the ship!

We brought all our kids, spouses, and the wee girls here in 8/02. I think that was the last time we got off the boat here, and that was to go over to Paradise Island and see the new aquarium with the kids. It is pretty impressive and worth seeing. Cruising is our primary goal, not the destination.

Tomorrow is a 'fun day at sea.' Terrific! Life is good!!!

I know what you mean. When our ship pulled into San Juan I had no intentions of getting off, but at the last minute everybody decided to get off just to get a sweatshirt from the Hard Rock Cafe. We did that and went right back aboard!

Have a great time!

Have a terrific day. Life is indeed good. Big hug. :)

Oh boy! That was when Jason and I did the 'Dum and Dummer' version of riding around the island. We thought it was too much to rent two scooters, so we rented one! I went first and got half way around then let him drive. I had to smack his helmet because he took off on the RIGHT side of the road, after I had been riding the whole time on the LEFT! Gosh I wish we had a picture of that.....

It seems and sounds from your writings and photos you've had a splendid cruise and Vacation.
But living and working on the other side of the Pond, is, well a barriere.

Wonderful photos and reports.
