Grande Sunday

The guys enjoyed their redneck bus ride here at the resort and a visit to the on-ground factory where the suites are constructed:

Us gals carpooled up to a tea room for lunch and entertainment with the witty owner. I tried out Coronation Chicken salad (made and named for the Queen's coronation and served at official weddings and stuff over at the old palace). I declare it to be delish:

A round of rice is under that fruit. Yep, that's the way it is officially done. If you don't like curry, you probably won't like the chicken salad. PSA to the cooks.

The gals arrived back at the resort in time to pick up our guys and head to dinner 30 miles away at O'Keefe's Irish Pub, followed by a very entertaining ghost tour. Just for the record, no ghosts were spotted...or felt...during our walk. Thankfully!

We have free time morning this morning, then we meet after lunch and head to a winery. Prime rib dinner at the clubhouse tonight. Poor us!

The sun is finally shining...sheets are washing...and kitties are sleeping.

Have yourselves a ginger peachy day. We will do the same. Life is grand at Florida Grande, y'all!

I love curry so that salad would have suited me very well. Yummy on all the food you are having. Prime Rib? Love that with hot horseradish.

I know you're going to have a fabulous Sunday honey. Big hugs to you and scritches to the babies. ♥♥♥

Wow, you are hitting all the good eating spots! You know I'd have enjoyed the tea room. I have read the recipe for Coronation Chicken, it's pretty famous, I think. Glad it was good!
