Wednesday on the Elbe

Here is a castle we saw the other day in a mock Tudor style:

We are about to hear a talk in the lounge about German history, followed by a wine tasting. Arriving this afternoon in Meissen.

Absolutely beautiful with mild temps expected today for our visit to a porcelain factory. A pricey factory, we are told. No danger of me smoking the credit card!

Rolling, rolling...rolling UP the river. Smiles, y'all! WYWH!!!

Guten Tag, my rolling Girl!!!
No danger for your credit card? Sure?

Have a great Wednesday, my friend!
Enjoy the mild temps, here it's awfully hot, no rain since about three month!

Big hugs!

I have taken to bringing any and all souvenirs home... on my camera!

No need to go through customs or find a way to pack it and best of all, my credit card remains untouched! Oh, and no "What was I thinking" when dusting off said souvenir, or tossing it or putting it a yard sale. srsly.

I'm having a wonderful time coming along on your river cruise! big hugs xoxo

I wish we were with you honey. It would be grand fun. One of these days perhaps hubby and I can do that river cruise.

Have a fabulous time. Big hugs. :)

Oooh, my Megan would LOVE that. She loves castles. She points out all the churches we pass in our day and calls them castles. Old victorian style homes are castles too! A real castle?! She would love, love, love!

Thanks for your prayers last week, she is doing great. Not even a bandaid yesterday. Though I can still see the incisions. They are healing well.

My blog isn't private anymore, I couldn't stand thinking I'd left anyone out, so I am back to being my old Open book self!

Hope you are having a lovely trip, thanks for taking us along!
