Tuesday play

I have wee Will for the day. I took him to gymnastics this morning, which kind of tired him out, but he had enough energy for a few games of dominoes. Score? Tied at 2-2. We play with colored tiles, and he does well matching them up and is gradually learning some strategy. He's a mighty sharp 4 year old. Not that I'm biased or anything.

He is taking a break and playing on my iPhone, so I having some quality time in the massage chair with the iPad.

Brian texted me after midnight that he was on the ground and heading home. Thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers. I know he must be dragging today, but we will see him soon.

We have gotten some light rain, and more is expected later on. We need it. Isaac is now officially a hurricane. I sure hope he doesn't do much damage. He is most UNwelcome!

So what's for supper? Greek Chicken, salad, and French bread. Amy loves this, so I told her I would fix this tonight so that she won't have to cook when she gets in from Atlanta. I think I remember how to cook, after being away from the kitchen for three weeks. We shall see.

What's cooking at your house?

I'm glad Brian is home safe and sound. Being tired he can get over pretty soon. He will too.

I'm coming over for dinner. Yummy. We are having salmon tonight. Try to have it a couple times a week.

Have a terrific day honey and enjoy wee Will. Big hugs. :)

Glad to hear Brian is home safe! And Will is one smart cookie for sure!

If you are having Greek Chicken (don't even know what that is!) and French bread, shouldn't you have Italian pasta and some Canadian bacon, too? hahahaha!

We are having haddock, baked sweet potato, steamed veggies and a salad. And I'm betting Barbara will want a Pineapple Apple Sauce cupcake. I doubt I'll have room, but we shall see!

It's actually been sunny off and on here today. Totally surprised me with Isaac out there. Praying he doesn't strengthen any more, for all of the northern Gulf Coast's sake.

big hugs from sultry south jawjah! xoxo

I think S.D. is bringing home something. He went out for a bike ride so I didn't plan anything as I wasn't sure when he'd be home. Tomorrow I'm going to try to make pancakes. I've been craving them lately..
