yummy! sausage, smoked pork, potato dumplings and pork roast(?)...looks divine. German food sticks to the ribs... Love it!

Well, I made skinny'd up eggplant parm to go with baked chicken tenderloins and a side of pasta. All very yummmy... and totally guilt-free. With a skinny'd up brownie to dessert, to boot.

That looks like pork. Is it?? Many years ago my daughter and I took a 12 day bus tour from London to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and France - you know the one - if this is Tuesday it must be Belgium!! It was actually very good, but every evening meal seemed to be PORK - chops, roast, etc. We started calling it the Grand Pork Tour!!
We visited Boppard too. Enjoy and I am looking forward to following along.
