Sweet stuff

Check out this proud smile...our boy was SOOO happy that he totally dressed himself for school! Amy had him pull up his pants to show off the orange socks. Gotta love the independent spirit...and hide those stained pants!

This same guy called me last night and announced "it's snowing!". I am happy to miss that. But I do miss my sweet kiddos.

I couldn't stand my bushy hair any longer, so I called JJ yesterday morning and she got me in for a cut, just ahead of Miss Bee so that we could visit! It was great chatting and hugging and catching up on everything and everybody. We will have a beadfest...one day soon.

So we had about 30 at dinner last night. Awesome crowd, and good food.

Tonight is beer and wings night, but with only the small Friday group, after a scrap booking day.

Friends, food, fun...now that is a perfect recipe!

MM honking his nose and kitties running a marathon so early this morning...not such a good recipe, but that's life here in paradise, y'all! Smile!!!

Haircut looks good! Scrapbooking day sounds wonderful, I want one of those. Am ALMOST done packing up the Christmas stuff and actually intend to do some crafting tomorrow - but it's for my niece's baby shower, not for my scrapbooks. Enjoy!

How nice that you got to get your hairs done and visit with Miss Bee at the same time! You're both such beautiful ladies both inside and out that I'm sure JJ barely had to do anything other than enjoy the fact that you were both in the shop!

I remember when the girls were first learning to dress themselves and some of the combinations that they'd come up with. Of course, they still come up with some strange combinations as teenagers now that I think about it!

I'm right there with MM sniffing and blowing my nose this morning. I can't decide if it's allergies or a touch of a cold though. Maybe a bit of both?? Ugh!

Happy Friday the 13th; enjoy those wings and the beer tonight!

How adorable is that! I think he looks fabulous!

I still can't get my sister Janice to let her 12 year old twin boys choose their own clothes. If her husband wasn't a cop in uniform, I wonder if she'd let HIM dress himself? hmmm...

Have a lovely day. It's a bit chilly compared to yesterday's perfect 70 degrees but I'll manage! Big hugs xoxo

Compliments to the coiffeuse; glad that you and Miss Bee met there, and had some nice time!
Enjoy your night, we also have a pizza dinner at my son's, with all the kiddos!

Big hugs!!!

I sure wish I could have been with you Miss Bee and JJ. That would have been grand. I so miss you guys. Love your new do too.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from cold California. :)

Looking good! Both you and the little guy. I so desperately need to get my hairs did. My bangs are down to my nose.

Waiting for furniture. Finally something to sleep on.

Love those two-for-one deals! You'll have to post more pictures of the new 'do. I got mine cut too but haven't had time to take much less post photos. I was tired of my bushy blah hair too. Thanks, Mom! ;)

You're hair looks great! And I love the picture of your grandson. You gotta love it when they dress themselves in crazy little outfits like that.
