Blue skies

Carnival fantail

After three overcast rainy days, I am seeing a tad of blue skies this morning, but no fantail anywhere in sight.  Bugger.  No Lido, no chilled soups, no room service, no piano bar, no room steward.  Reality has set in…it is doitmyself time!

So Brian is doing well, looks great and is managing one handed.  He will go for a PT evaluation tomorrow.  MM and I taught Brian, Faith, and Haley2 how to play marbles last night (after enjoying some awesome chili and cornbread).  We need to find someone locally who can make these boards, because after playing, everybody wants one.

The sun is finally shining and I am having corn hole thoughts, but alas, the paperwork is still not done.  Play or work?  Play or work?  I have to be an adult.  Bugger.

That’s life in paradise, y’all!

No tail fan here either, although my Carnival Personal Planner called me yesterday and I daydreamed heavily afterward.

I also talked to one of the sisterdears last night about a cruise on the Glory out of Boston next summer. The glory will be in Boston for most of June and July 2012, cruising to Canada.

Wish me luck!

And good luck with your marble boards! Maybe MM can manage to fashion a few for you?

Big hugs xoxo

No fan tail OR blue skies here I'm afraid; we've got one of those dark steel cold New England kinda days. Guess I'm putting the yard work off again - rats!

I've got no doubt that if MM puts his mind to it, he'll be cranking out marble boards in no time. I'm pretty sure there's nothing that man can't do!

No fantail here either. I've got 63 days to go for all of that. You have 30 more days and you'll be cruising again. Then you can have all those things again.

I'm happy that Brian is doing so well. He'll do fine.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from chilly, but sunny California. :)
