Sandee said...: It's illegal here too, but it stops no one. Talking on a cell phone while driving is also illegal, but everyone still talks on their phones. California makes lots of laws, but with all the cops that were laid off there isn't anyone to enforce the laws.

I worry about the kids since they are the ones that seem to text the most.

A big problem!
minus two points noted on the driver license, but so many folks do text, and use the cell phone!
We do not use the phone while driving!
