EJ died Tuesday at the ripe old age of 91. He was the older brother of Dick’s brother-in-law Don, and a sweet, old, country soul. We’ll go pay our respects and support Don and Carolyn in their time of grief. That is what families do, especially here in the south. It is tradition. We’ll go because we love Don and Carolyn. The funeral is this afternoon in a little Baptist Church just over the line in North Carolina. EJ, may you rest in peace. You were a kind soul and were loved by many folks…and will be missed. May we all be so blessed as to leave this kind of legacy.
Life is short—make each day special. And count your blessings, people! Have a great weekend.

My condolences to Dick's in-laws. Yup, that's what families do alright.
Hugs to Don and Carolyn, too!
