Repeat after me: 33 days until spring.
There. Don’t you feel better?
We had a great time with the Tieche clan last night. They had several folks over for dinner and a visit with Christine and Will last night. After living in Hawaii for several months already, that FL gal is finding the local weather quite chilly.
One of the hazards of living in WPB for the winter is that we miss events back in Mayberry (of course we miss the people!). Sweet Macey is being confirmed today, and Grumps and I aren’t there. She knows we love her and is OK with our physical absence. Our hearts are there with her. Absolutely!
MM is still battling mosquitoes here on this site. He can’t find the source of where they are breeding, but THEY are sure finding us…so much so that we aren’t enjoying sitting outside for very long. Bugger to that. He is trying a new spray, bought from the box store yesterday. We’ll see how the battle goes…and who wins.
Find yourself a warm (mosquito-free) spot and enjoy today. Spring is coming!
Life is good, well, except for those pesky mosquitoes!

Congrats to sweet Macey! Yay!!!!!
Hate muhjeeters. Ugh. I'm one of those magnets, too! Hope your honey finds the source.
Big congratulations to Macey. That rocks.
We were spraying ourselves down with Off the other evening because the mosquitoes are out here too. Bugger.
Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs to you and scritches to the babies. :)
At least we don't have mosquitoes yet. I was thrilled to be able to join the Macey party for lunch today and give her a hug. So proud of her.
Today's ceremony was beautiful! We missed you, but I will send you the online video info and pix soon. Those critters are one thing that you can keep! Good luck getting them gone!
sorry you had to miss the ceremony! i am sure they understand though. don't know what to say about the mosquitos, they are the state bird you know...
smiles, bee

Congratulations to Macey! Did they video the ceremony? Not the same but certainly a blessing when you can't be there.
I hate mosquitos with a passion. I retreat indoors at the very first bzzzzzzz. When I moved to the Swamp I insisted we screen the pation before moving here. Partly for me and being mosquito-free and partly so the kitties could safely enjoy the fresh air.
It was just lovely here yesterday. Close to 70. Finally. Much better than 45. srsly. This week looks fabulous... 80's. Yes, please!!
Hsve yourself a lovely, mosquito-free day! big hugs xoxo
