Mowing Man doesn’t get to go on this trip today—no guys are allowed! Well, they are invited, but still…it would be pretty boring for them.
Joan, Joy, Jennie, and I are heading to Jekyll Island for a sorority convention, with shopping plans en route south.
Friends from all over the country are converging for the annual Beta Sigma Phi state convention; probably 200-300 gals. Can you say EXCITED? Yes, we are.
And it is a flip-flop weekend. Count me totally in for that! I just happen to have a new pair or two (or three)…but don’t tell MM! He won’t notice. No formals, no costumes—just comfy clothes. Check.
Miles and smiles today! The Georgia Peaches are gonna have fun, fun, fun!!!

Do you know that I have never been to Jekyll Island? Or St. Simons? We were just talking about that this weekend. Need to remedy that!
