Rut roh!

cord2

So I may have '’just cause” to fire my trusty office assistant.  KC decided it would be fun to teethe on my iPhone sync cable yesterday.  See the exposed wires?  I can attest to the fact that it will short out and overload the port when bare wire is exposed.  Do not let this happen, ppl!  There goes KC’s pay raise, if he gets to keep his job.  He is being a paperweight now, to show what a good and useful boy he is.  Gotta love him!

I am happy to report that I found white electrical tape at the big box store, so my cord should be good to go again.  Black tape on the white cord would have been sooo TACKY, right?  At least the port works, after rebooting my machine.

Scooter came over for a visit late yesterday, followed by a burst through the door from his mom---busted!  He did NOT have permission to leave his yard, despite his intentions being honorable.  He got into a wee bit of trouble.  Boys seem to do that.

Life is certainly never dull here in Paradise.  May you have sunshine in your heart today.  I sure will.

Scooter's Momma must have vacillated between fright and mad when she realized he had buggered off! Boys! Never ever does there seem to be a shortage of naughty boys! Feline or human.

big hugs from sultry south jawjah! xoxo

Yikes! First KC then Scooter! Good intentions and all will still get them in trouble. How many gray hairs does Amy have now?

Ah the life of a mom of wee boys - never a dull moment, huh?

Nice that you found some white electrical tape too! One doesn't wish to be tacky with their electronics repair if it can be helped!

Have a lovely Thursday in your neck of the woods!

Scooter gave mom a great big scare. I so remember those times. Boys just tend to do what they want at times. Bless their hearts.

KC didn't mean to do anything bad. Really.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs. :)

Cords and animals do not mix. I went through at least three ear buds for my iPod when I was living with her roommate and her kitten. Good thing he was cute!
