Yesterday was a perfect day for Amy and friend Jane to take the boys out to Vogel for playing on the playground, riding bikes, and doing all kinds of boy stuff.
I picked up Macey after school and took her out there for a little cousins and friends fun:
All the kids put many miles on their bikes…successfully…no trips to the local hospital. Macey and some of the guys practiced a little balancing skills, with no spills into the rocky creek below:
I’ll bet they all slept well last night. Grumps was out working on a machine while I was enjoying the kiddos. I can certainly vouch for him being tired and sleeping well!
It was just another day in paradise. I wouldn’t trade this for any place else on earth.
Life is a one-time offer. Use it well, y’all, and have yourselves a ginger peachy Wednesday! I have a lunch date with a cute 4 year old today, lucky me.

How fun. I love these kinds of days too.
Yes, life is a one time offer. I live it to the fullest just like you do.
Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from sunny California. ☺
Georgia has the best State Parks, I love them all. We take our grandchildren as often as we can, they love spending time playing and exploring together.
It was a gorgeous day to be out at Vogel, too! What a great place for the kiddos to play and ride. (Though I do remember my niece riding her bike OFF one of those bridges, into the creek, quite a few years back. Broke her arm, but not her neck at least.) Enjoyed seeing your boy at lunch today, too. He's a honey.
I wouldn't trade either! Looks like a perfect day! I can almost hear the kids laughter and the birds chirping along in a happy tune!
big hugs xoxo
Kids, creeks, and critters, oh my! So much fun!
That is huge fun! Yay for getting the kids out and about!
