Saturday oops!

The girls decided playing with their cousins outside was more fun than going to the Green Bean Festival:

kids 7.12

kids in GEM

So Macey got to drive the GEM and did fine:

Macey in GEMAnsley flunked Driving 101, but everyone is OK:

Ansley oops  Maybe we should have gone to the festival after all!

Stuff happens…and life is still good!!!

I skipped the festival, too. Headed over there a little after 10 but they were making people park over by the hospital and shuttling them over. I decided not to get in the crowd, so I gor some groceries and came back home to watch the Olympics. Cooler here, too!

Well sometimes plans just don't work out. Looks like they had a great time in spite of the accident. As long as everyone is okay. That's the most important thing.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from sunny California. :)

Yikes! Ditched it, eh? I saw seat belts. That's very good!

I braved the heat and the Saturday and went and got my hair cut! I was her first appointment so easy peasy, in and out! Yay! And now I'm back inside where it's nice and cool. Me likey.

Enjoy Plan B! Big hugs xoxo

When dad took me out driving for the first time, he took me to the church parking lot at night (mistake #1). then he had me drive on the road (mistake#2). At that moment I ws on the real road, a car came up, and I panicked. Yeppers, I drove it right into the shoulder...Mistake #3.

There's hope for Ansley. I know she'll get it right. We learn from our mistakes.
