About the party…

Joan, Christine and Susan

Cathy, Sharon, Barbara, Julie and……..Bee’s knees!  That’s all I got???  Not that the knees aren’t lovely, but still.

And Joy was sitting next to her.  I didn’t get Joy?

Another knee shot that included Kathleen and Henrietta.  Ah, so this was when I was interrupted and put the camera down, never to pick it back up again!  Buggers.  Hostessing and photographing are not a good combination.  But the party was fun.  We did laugh…and play…and nosh.  And repeated.

Thanks, gals!

I declare today a day of rest, and taking it easy.

What about you?  Are you joining me in this declaration???

Life is good in paradise, y’all!

People want the  front of the bus, the back of the church, and the center of attention.

Oh how I wish I were there. Now I know why I dreamt you ran a 12-bedroom bed and breakfast (this morning's dream). We were invited for a huge party. And I had about eight quilts made for the beds...

I'm so glad you all had fun! So glad the weather cooperated too! Bee's knees look a little thinner.

I sure wish I could have been there, my knees would have been happy to be in any of these photographs. How fun.

Today I get inducted into the IOBG, International Order of the Blue Gavel. Then I'll be sworn is as their new treasurer. Another five years going through the chairs. I'll do a post later.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from cold California. :)

Looks like fun! And so beautiful. It's raining here with a chance of snow tonight! We're celebrating Amy's birthday here tonight. :)

It was indeed a fun party and today IS a day of rest and relaxation! (And yes, I was there, despite the lack of photo evidence. There is photo evidence that I stuck my toes in the ocean today, though!)

Well ain't that just the Bee's knees! And Bee is right, they're quite svelte, must be all that butter she's been giving away!

Looks like y'all had a lovely time and that's what matters the most - not the photos - though they are always nice to look at!
