More fall in paradise...

Young Harris College. The colors were popping out nicely last weekend on this beautiful campus...the photos don't really do the colors justice though.
What a majestic setting for a church...where friend Joy manages the office...and blesses the congregation with her organ playing. It's nice having talented friends!I never get tired of all this beauty.

Although I don't particularly like the brown of winter that will be hitting us soon. But wait! That is what Florida is for...so we'll escape down there after Christmas and forget the brown of winter and enjoy our flip flops and flowered shirts! Life is good!!!

Sandy, is right, it is beautiful here right now. I wish y'all could see the tree outside my office window, with the sun hitting the gold leaves, it looks like it is glowing!
Winter is stark, yes, and brown (and occasionally white!) but there is still a beauty in the starkness - and it makes the springtime's fresh green on the hills all the more wonderful!
Can you tell I love it here?
(And Sandy, thanks for the kind words about my church, too!)
Hugs!

What a beautiful area. I would love to visit and see all the colors. We don't get much here.

Have a terrific day and weekend honey. Big hugs. :)

The problem with autumn is that it just doesn't last long enough. Why is that winter seems to go on forever and yet autumn with its glorious colors goes by so fast? Good thing we have beautiful pictures like these to look at and make the season last that much longer.
