The last time Dick and I were here, we did not even get off the ship. The kids all want to go to the beach today, so I suppose that is what we'll be doing. Yes, I will have lots of sunscreen and a cover up, since I don't do sun.
Here is what Carnival has to say about Cozumel:
Long before Cancun became a popular destination, Cozumel was well-known as a diving spot and home to the world famous Palancar Reef, which gives divers the opportunity to view thousands of brilliantly colored fish. Non-divers can kick back on a sun-drenched beach, or enjoy any number of seaside activities, such as shopping in colorful marketplaces or dining in an open-air café.
I wonder if Cozumel is ready for the Griswolds???

Sitting on a warm beach with a drink with one of those little umbrellas sounds like bliss to me right now as it's somewhat chilly here in Pennsylvania this morning but the sun is shining!

Just enjoy yourself no matter what you do. I'm sure you will do that very nicely.
Have a terrific day. Big hugs. :)
I bet you'll find something fun to do! I have complete confidence in you!
Big Hugs ♥xo
that is one of my favorite beaches..so colonial white with a breeze/ocean sea!
The beach I saw in Cozumel didn't look like the one Debora described! Lots of rocks and not so much sand. I am used to the pretty Gulf beaches of FL (Mexico Beach area.) My kids did enjoy the snorkeling in Cozumel, though. I'm glad I saw Cozumel once but if I docked there again, I might stay on the ship! Who knows...
