But when we woke up to go to breakfast this morning, this is what greeted us! It only reached 49 today...and Amy texted me that it snowed back in Mayberry this morning. What happened to global warming, I wonder?
This park has a nice meeting facility where we are enjoying catered meals. Aaahhh...no meals to cook; no dishes to wash! 
We are having pizza and salad tonight, and everyone is to bring a dessert to share, along with a dessert and the recipe for it. I'm taking my Sour Cream Banana Pudding...yummm.Dick and I met with our rally co-hosts this morning and finalized lots of details. We'll be handing out flyers tonight, so you know what I was doing this afternoon after our Red Hat high tea! The guys enjoyed lunch at the club house, along with a tech talk while us gals were at our tea party. Then I think the guys all went out afterward and kicked tires. That is a guy requirement, whenever two or more are gathered together! What a fun day...and it isn't even over yet! It's time for Happy Hour!!!

Yikes! Snow? Already? It was 38 this morning and we're going to curl up in front of a nice crackling fire tonight! Yay!
i saw snow on the weather forecast but non up here in the mountaintops. We are doing our first fire tonight!

My DH called me @ 8 AM wanting to know if school was going to let out. As if! Maybe he should have called Al Gore...

Wow, I love these mountains. We went over to Helen today and had a nice German Meal, the waitress said they had a little snow this morning.
It was snowing when I went out to get in Billy's car (mine was getting an oil change) at 8 AM and I took a picture, too. Not quite as much on his car as on yours...but close! It flurried in YH for about an hour and a half...then the sun came out but it is still cold. Curling up in front of a fire sounds good, unfortunately I'm not going to be home for a while... Hugs!
