Below is Thursday's progress...trusses put together so that they can be hoisted up to sit on top of the wooden sides. A metal roof is going on top of the trusses. What is going inside the pole barn? Well, rumor has it that maybe the fifth wheel is going inside. Never fear...it will get filled up! I drive by with blinders on my eyes:-) He is at least cleaning up the *stuff* that is visible from the house.
I am blessed with a guy who can fix most anything, and has the right tool for the job...and can (most of the time) find the needed tool. Now if he'll just tackle MY honey-do list, I'll be a happy camper. Oh yes, and get it all completed before his siblings and cousin arrive in a couple of weeks! That's not asking for too much now, is it? Life is.................never dull!

LOL @ the pole barn...I kinda liked the barn area... I know hubby did. Lots to see.
I'm so glad we live in a condo... I think Hank would need a pole barn, too!
Like I said, poles and a roof! (We had a pole barn at our previous house.) Covered storage is a good thing!
Hugs...
instead of more places to store more stuff i can come over and teach him to SELL on Ebay...HA!

you can not fool me, I know you are building a barn for Polaks, don't forget, I know Dick and he wants a polak storage shed.
A pole barn is BIGGER than a shed! :-)
I like Jason's scaffold. A boat dock ramp works just fine hoisted by a skid steer!
hahaha... life is indeed never dull in that part of the world.
It has been my experience that the bigger the space, the bigger the pile of stuff! I lived in a 400 square foot cottage for 14 years after my divorce. It's amazing how well you can manage without all that stuff! Now I live in a 1600 square foot house with a 2 car garage. Guess what? It's full of stuff. I need a cottage again!
