Wow, the days are flying by, y’all. I plum forgot that yesterday was the Ides of March (ingrained in my head by English teacher Mrs. Futch!), but fortunately I did not have to beware of it, as did Julius Caesar! All was well…I never got around to a blog, since there wasn’t much to report.
There were no mishaps when MM cut down some tree limbs. And he only has to pull them over to the curb and the park workers haul them away. Love that! He isn’t done either. Our schefflera tree will get a few more shoots removed when we move the moho away from it on departure day. We certainly don’t want any roof creases! Safety first, well, except for my metal clothes drying rack, but he fixed that mishap, bless his heart.
So who is cooking corned beef and cabbage tomorrow? We like it, but MM wants beef stroganoff, and so he will have it. I plan to try a new recipe in the new crockpot. We shall see if it is a keeper. Or not.
Put a smile on your face today and share it. Life is good in sunny paradise, y’all!

No corned Beef dinner planned, so far as I know, although I did find a scrumptious looking Corned Beef and Cabbage soup I want to try one day!
That MM is a keeper. But you already know that real good!
Enjoy your day! I'm heading out on a pre-lunchtime dash out to do a few errands and beat the weekend crowd, hopefully while NOT missing any lovely orders. :)
Big hugs xoxo
i am having the duck to dinner tomorrow night but we are having potroast, crockpot, weight watchers style. we both love it.

No corned beef here either. We eat it throughout the year so it's not a big deal to us. I think we're having pork loin tomorrow. I like that.
Have a terrific day honey. Big hugs from cold California. :)
I can guarantee you that I will NOT be eating corned beef tomorrow - but I will find something green to wear. And pull out the shamrock earrings. I'm going to spend the day with M and we're heading to the Botanical Gardens to SEE some green...and some flowers. Spring in ATL! Enjoy the weekend. Hugs...
I'd love to have a nice corned beef dinner tomorrow but I'm not sure if I'm going to be feeling up to one or not. Amanda is hoping I'll be feeling well enough to go to Panera Bread for a breadbowl of soup as she's still eating soft stuff but I guess we'll have to see what tomorrow brings.
I can definitely tell you that I am sick to death of lying in this bed of mine even with a good book to read and a cat to keep me company!
Ciao Sandy!
No cooking tomorrow for me!
G. will eat leftovers of Friday...I'll have a great dinner near a wonderful Castle!
A touring trip with guide...the two castles are private, the owners are the old dinasty...of course canon and fuji come with me.
Have a great week end!
Big hugs!
I love the look of well-pruned trees, and how pretty they are then when they leaf out again.
Smart to make sure that limbs are removed that might cause roof creases from a storm, Sandy!
We're having corned beef, but I have a feeling I'm not going to be a fan. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my meats.
