Leaving St. Maarten
Greetings as we leave St. Maarten. Apparently bad weather is coming, so the CD announced early this morning that we would be departing early...and that a lot of the shore excursions would be cancelled. I am sure there were a lot of complaints registered, but it didn’t affect us at all.
We got off the boat and walked around the shopping area near the pier, enjoying the scenery, then returned to the ship for lunch...corn hole, and reading on the balcony.
What a perfect way to spend my birthday!
Thursday and Friday are sea days. Love them! Life is good, y’all. WYWH!

Things change and the weather is one of them. Better to err on the side of safety. You're on a cruise ship and it doesn't get any better than that.
